Lao eVisa Fee Structure
The total cost of the Lao eVisa consists of 2 charges:
- Visa Cost: Cost charged by the Lao immigration system for issuing the eVisa.
- Service Fee: Covers application assistance, document verification, identification of errors before submission, and support throughout the processing.
- Expedited Processing Fee: This fee is only charged if the applicant selects the rush or super-rush processing option.
Are both the visa cost and service fee mandatory to pay?
Yes. The applicant is required to pay both fees.
Total Payable = Visa Cost + Service Fee + Rush Processing Fee (added only if faster processing is selected)
The amount displayed before payment is the final amount due. There are no additional hidden charges at a later stage.
Why is the Service Fee Charged?
The service fee is charged for the following reasons:
- Application Checking: Before submitting the application to the Lao immigration authorities, each Laos eVisa application is reviewed by visa professionals for accuracy, which helps increase the chances of approval.
- Application Assistance: We assist applicants 24/7 in completing their application, answering any visa-related queries promptly via email, live chat, etc.
- Faster Processing Available: We offer rush and super-rush processing for faster eVisa approval. Applicants with urgent or immediate travel needs can choose these options.
