Required Documents for Laos Visit eVisa
Make sure these documents are prepared before starting the application.
Passport Biopage Scan
- Passport bio page scanned copy is required.
- The passport must be valid for 6 months from the arrival date.
- There should be 2-3 blank pages.
Applicant Digital Photograph
- Recently taken photograph with a white background.
- It must reflect applicants current appearance.
- The face must not be covered by hat, headgears etc.

Steps to Apply for Laos Visit eVisa

The approved eVisa will be delivered to the registered email ID.
Validity and Duration of Stay
The Laos Visit eVisa is valid for 90 days and allows a 30 days stay in the country.
Entry Type
The Laos Visit eVisa permits a single entry into the country. Once you exit Laos, the eVisa cannot be used again.
Processing Time and Fees for Laos Visit eVisa

Normal Processing: 5 - 7 Working Days
Rush Processing: 3 - 5 Working Days
Super Rush Processing: 1 - 3 Working Days
Note: The processing option that delivers the eVisa faster requires an additional fee that is added to the total cost of Laos eVisa.
Important Notes for Applicants
- Visa application statuses are sent to the registered email ID.
- Carry a printed copy of the approved eVisa at all times during your visit.
- To extend your stay, contact the Laos immigration authority in Vientiane before your current eVisa expires.
