Dear Sir or Madam, I am currently in China and planning to travel to Laos tomorrow, February 20, by train to Luang Prabang. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain an e-visa in time. Given the urgency of my travel plans, I would like to kindly ask whether it would be possible to apply for and receive a visa on the same day at your consulate tomorrow (on the 19th). I am prepared to come in person immediately with all required documents, including my passport, photos, travel ticket, and any necessary forms or fees. I fully understand that visa processing normally requires time, but I would be extremely grateful if an expedited or same-day service could be considered due to my imminent departure.
